How to Complete the Pennsylvania Continuing Education Renewal
Salesperson CE – 2nd and Subsequent Renewals
Complete 14 hours of Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission-approved continuing education during every two year renewal cycle, this can include elective courses, all or part of the required course for new licensees or a Broker course of at least 15 hours in length. All licenses expire on May 31st of each even-numbered year.
For the 2016 – 2018 renewal period, a minimum of 3 hours of the required 14 hours of continuing education must be in the topic of Rules & Regulations. The coursework must be completed between June 1, 2016 and May 31, 2018 in order to meet the requirement.
